My name is Victor Penketh and I have over 27 years experience teaching people of all ages in Oldham how to drive. My driving school is in the top 4% pass rate for the UK, which is achieved by tried and tested teaching techniques, so that all students can safely take to the roads (see my approach for more information). I can also offer, Refresher, Pass Plus and Mini-Intensive Courses.
